Hi loves❤️

It’s me again.

Time to talk about goals. For me, I have been trying to discover balance within my healthy lifestyle for YEARS. Though, I have been working on this for years, I haven’t quite found what I am looking for. This is why my main goal and potential takeaway from this program is to incorporate balance into my daily diet.

What about YOU?

Do you struggle with staying balanced? Do you often feel guilty after having too many sweets? Or do you just want to find a way to eat veggies AND have cake? ME TOO. I have read this book from cover to cover, and now I am just waiting to start the program.

I decided to wait until July to start this program because I am having wisdom teeth surgery in the next week. By waiting until July, I am giving this lifestyle a fair shot. Do you have some health goals you want to reach? I invite you to join me in July. Learn more about the book and how to purchase here.

To recap, The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good.

Even though I am not starting until July, I have tried out a few of the recipes already – boy they are tasty. I am SO EXCITED to fill my meal plan with these recipes. Just look at how yummy this Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet looks!! This recipe was great on its own, but would also be great in stuffed peppers too. YUM.

Besides all the delicious recipes, another one of my favorite things about this book, is how it breaks down the science behind food in easy to understand language. I have been working on my health and fitness for over 8 years now and this is the first time I could actually understand the science behind food thanks to Joel! Read this example…

“Your body follows a circadian rhythm—an internal metabolic clock—in which hormone levels fluctuate throughout the day. Cortisol is one of these hormones. Under normal circumstances, it is naturally elevated in the morning to get you alert and ready to go. Over the course of the day, it naturally falls. As cortisol drops, the sleep hormones, melatonin and serotonin, rise. They, along with growth hormones, support nightly healing and repair, helping us look and feel younger.”

We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal. Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase.

Much love,

Kate
