Hi loves❤️

I am here to share the last update from the Always Eat After 7PM series. I am wrapping up my thoughts on the book and insights on the program. Since I am not starting the program until after my surgery this month, I can’t give you any results or favorites parts of the program as a whole. BUT I have implemented a few items from the program into my daily life to get myself adjusted a bit before starting the program.

Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase.

Here is two pieces of the program I have incorporated at this point.

Intermittent Fasting

I have dabbled in Intermittent Fasting (also known as IF) before this program, but reading Joel’s book, made me fall in love with IF all over again. I personally love IF because it makes me feel less bloated throughout the day, and when practiced regularly, gives me energy.

IF also helps me get on a schedule with my eating habits. When regularly practiced, my body gets used to when I should be eating and when to be hungry. Intermittent fasting really shines when it comes to improving the hormones that directly affect your hunger, blood sugar, and metabolism. One is insulin. IF combats insulin resistance, meaning that it helps your body use insulin more normally, thereby lowering your diabetes risk and boosting your metabolism. Want to learn more about IF?

Increase Water Intake

I have been working on increasing my water the past four months now that I am home 24/7. I have found that drinking more water helps me stay hydrated, clears my skin, and fuels my digestion. Joel has a lot to say about water, but here is a little snippet of his best advise on water.

“Water helps digest your food, expel wastes, regulate your temperature, protect your tissues, cushion your joints, and protect your spinal column, among many other vital functions. It is through water that hormones flow to the proper organs, that nutrients reach all cells, and that toxins are diluted and removed from the body.”

These are just two simple habits I have created while reading this book, but there is so much more the book AND program offers. The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good.

Check out my other three posts in this series.

Much love,

Kate
